The initial sign up was done very smoothly. We reserved a space on line, showed up at our apt., we're shown our space, signed papers and were done. However, today we went to put items in our space for the first time. We were told there were no carts because they were stolen. Apparently an associate left the doors open. (?) The manager then said. We need to call Corp. about that. What??? It hasn't already been done? Don't like that doors to building don't stay open, makes it hard to get things inside. We borrowed a cart from another renter, loses our things into the unit but when we went to drive out, there was a more attached to the key pad sting it was broken, go around and use the entry keypad. Then you're supposed to Run back to your car and try to make it thru before the gate closes on your car! NOT a good forst impression. When we took our second load, the manager had kindly secured and saved a cart for us. Sure makes this a lot easier! And she was cleaning cobwebs, dust etc. older building but kept but kept very clean
From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcome. Stephanie was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The unit was ready and very clean even though I made the reservation a few hours earlier. The check-in process was very user friendly and took less than 2 minutes since I had completed the express check-in online which was another excellent point. Thank you.
Great experience so far. Would like to have more carts available for use during visits.
