These ladies went above and beyond their duties to help me with a very sensitive situation. The customer service provided by them was so refreshing, they actually do care. I have had a storage unit at Vistapark P.S. since 2007. I went in there today to downsize my unit. Leah helped me and was wonderful at offering the best unit for my needs. She made sure to make it easy for me by showing me that the new one is very close to my old unit. She went over all the options and even gave me a time to move my stuff over prior to completing the several forms, which she did a great job going over. Leah made the switch fast and painless. Thanks to her I was in and out of there in less than a hour....and that included the move.
Leah and Dameka were amazing!! The did a wonderful job in assisting me on my storage. They knew what to offer me and had all the right knowledge. The public storage location was very clean and orderly. They made my moving and storage process seem less and I suggest and recommend anyone looking for storage in the area to use this location 3900 Vista Parkway. A lot if times you come across employes that don't care about there job or place of employment right away you can see and feel that these two take pride in there jobs and location.
