I had a recent interaction with a staff member here that compelled me to write a review. This gal (Leah) made my day. She went above and beyond expectations during a holiday to solve my problem and I'm very grateful. She never complained once that she had to help me out despite the problem not originating with her. She just executed with precision and a big smile. I can tell from our interaction that she is extremely good at her job! She solved my problem with grace and ease like a true professional and team player. If you need someone to solve your problem I'd definitely ask for her first.
Desmond and Leah were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They made going through the process easy and fun. Great attitudes from the both of them. I would recommend this storage facility any day of the week! Great job guys.
LEAH was really helpful and wonderful the units did not stop dust from coming in as they are all open at the top of each also had a hard time with the sliding door all the time but especially needs replacing is the control/code panel on the inside of the locked area. panel disgustingly dirty, you almost cannot see the numbers, and is in serious need of replacement
Lean is great and goes the extra yard and then some. Unfortunately, a junior customer service representative gave us bad information when I called as a new renter . Our firm was almost in default. There needs to be better education of new people. This is quite understandable as I assume the pay at Public Storage is quite poor for Silicon Valley where wages are very high. That being said, Lean got in touch and straightened out the mess and she provides exceptional customer service.
