Facility Reviews
Excellent customer service. Clean unit. Good size.
The process was super easy and the person on the phone was very helpful!
Public Storage made the moving transition process easy for us with peace of mind. Thank you.
Your staff member at the facility was particularly helpful
Good location. Dropoff area is small but functional. A little mazelike and claustrophobic but that's to be expected.
Cool auto lighting makes me feel like I'm in a space ship!!! Great workers with a well rounded work ethic. Elevator scares us at times although it works just fine.
They were very friendly ,helpful, and prompt.
I've had some negative experiences with storage units and even other locations of Public Storage. That is, until I found 10th Street in San Francisco. The facility is clean and well maintained. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone in San Francisco. Thanks Marcus and Michael!
I found them helpful, reasonable and easy to access. totally suited to my needs. Also very clean!
Honest, professional service. YEAH.. Perfect. I got exactly what was promised over the phone. The Computers reservation system worked. Staff answered phones quickly. Storage is clean and easy to unload. Prices are comparable with U-haul, except the product is so much better. Everything I didn't get with u-haul storage. BAN UHAUL My storage unit at uhaul was not available. Uhauls computer system was down. No one answers the phone at uhaul for 4 days. The general manager at u-haul storage was berating homeless paying clients, and being condescending to all other clients.
