Great customer service from Kenneth! I reserved a roomy unit at good sale price! Kenneth demonstrated integrity. He kept his word on refunding lock that I already had. Because computers were on the blink, check in was slow. Yet staff was patient.
Everything went well. Went as expected. No problems.
At first I was a little sketchy about the neighborhood. Then I went by and Scharneyse made me feel at home. For the price and location they're unbeatable. I can't say enough about how she saved my bacon. Thanks again public storage

Scharneyes is a great manager. She knows her her job and answered all my questions confidently. Her facility is clean and she is very friendly. I highly recommend this facility.
The mgr., Scharneyse has been the bright spot in my day once a month when l come to pay my bill. I started paying in person years ago just to see Lena, now retired, and Scharneyse has not let me down! -So gracious and helpful - always a smile. This is what customer service is ALL about. Oh, and the facilities are clean and nice, too! Go figure, right?

Scharneyse called me immediately after I completed my online application and walked me through a few more options. She then set up my appointment for later that afternoon. Once I arrived, she gave me a tour of my storage unit, which was spotless, and then walked me through the paperwork. While we were signing the paperwork, she and I started talking about the community and I found her to be extremely insightful and engaging. She's a native of Oakland and cares about our community as a whole and the neighborhood where I will be storing belongings - this is very important to me because it gave me a sense that this Public Storage was a safe and secure location. I would recommend this PS location to anyone.
