I always get great service and when Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve needed a larger or smaller space, theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been able to accommodate me quickly. My only complaint used to be that they closed at five pm & now that they stay open later Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great help to me.

If anybody is looking to get a storage unit I highly recommend the Staxup Woodside. If you are like me and think that most companies have abandoned Customer Service and don't agree with this change then you will be happy to hear that the Staxup Up Storage Woodside and east Bradly both gave me some of the best Customer Service I've had in a long time. I had been having not the nicest of days I had my ATM card compromised, the job I was hoping I would get decided not to move forward with the hiring process with me they has decided to go with another candidate and I has to move a bunch of my stuff out of a spare room to accommodate a friend of myn that had to move out of his place of residence and had no where to go so I had to put the stuff somewhere which leads us to my day changer and StaxUp Storage, first off I had to move my reservation from E Bradley to Woodside. The person who works for StaxUp Storage was very polite and submitted a new reservation for me with out any hard sale or guilt trip, and when I arrived at my future Storage facility I was pleased to see someone waiting at the front desk see it was like 4:25 and they close at 5 most of the time that would mean I was going to get the frustrated why do you people have to come so late don't you know we close soon. But was pleasantly surprised he took his time showed us the unit and went over the contract all with a smile on his face and implied no sign of being frustrated with our late reservation. I left the place and had forgotten what a rotten day I had up until my first contact with StaxUp Storage. Oh ya and the place was immaculately clean and their gates operate until 10. 5☆all the way. 😃👠HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
