I was helped by Kat. She was very helpful and a credit to public storage. She answered all our questions and even checked with other public storage locations. She sold the Laguna woods location to us over other locations without being pushy, just informative. She was very honest with all our questions. I would definitely recommend this location, they go out of their way to be helpful.
