This is the second time I've done this; however, service was excellent, quick and easy.

Overall this is a good Public Storage facility and location. Pros: Rented a unit in less than 30 minutes including viewing of two units on the 1st and 3rd floor, reserving a space online and signing all the paperwork at the counter. Manager Denice is an amazing person. She is very courteous, knowledgable and professional. It was a real pleasure to complete this business transaction with her assistance. Highly recommend. Cons: You need to leave your DL with a front desk rep when using their restroom. Installing push button lock and camera in front of the restroom would make it safer and easier for everyone. Another omission on the part of the management is you need to leave your DL when using their 4-wheeled cart. The difference in working hours of office and access gates makes it very inconvenient.
