Facility Reviews
Close and cleanly. Very secure; customer service helpful
Only issue is that the carport lights go out two hours after the office closes.
Clean facility and good amount of carts
Very clean, easy to access. My belongings seem to be safe. I donテ「竄ャ邃「t have any worries.
Customer Service was awesome . Everything went by quick. All of our questions were answered.
I had to stop teaching and had a TON of stuff from my classroom to put into storage. I had initially reserved a storage unit that was full, but they quickly and easily switched me to a bigger unit. No problems, great customer service, and I was impressed with how clean and brightly lit the facility was. I also like the security there. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
Glad it is on the inside and that there are elevators.
The people at 715 Centinela Ave were/are just wonderful... knowledgeable, and very helpful... The paperwork system and digital records seem to be flawless. Just an excellent experience moving in. Even though the price is a little steep, I got the first month for $1, and it is temp controlled.
I was attended by Genesis who was very courteous and thorough about the whole process. Thank you!
