My husband and I had storages before and this one has been the best. The storage facility looks completely clean and you can tell its new. It has many security features. Our storage is indoors and is easy access and it has climate control. To get in through the gate we enter a passcode then we need to enter a passcode again once weテ「竄ャ邃「re in the building and last to open the elevator. The elevator only lets us go to our floor and nobody elseテ「竄ャ邃「s. Even though we have to keep entering our passcode I love the fact that it has all that security and many cameras. The parking they have our big which I consider it a good because you can easily park moving trucks without being in anybody elseテ「竄ャ邃「s way. Abraham was the person whom helped us at the front desk he gave us a tour of the place and seemed really friendly and was happy to show us around. I most definitely recommend this storage.

I love that on Sparefoot gives great deals! The facility itself, not so much lol. I like the staff and how clean it is, a tad tedious putting my code in at the gate, at the door, at the elevator, etc. but good to know it is secure. They only have hours open between 9 and 6, only the extended hours are available for autopay customers, you have to ask for a cart every time at the front office and if you use extended hours the carts are unavailable. There are no small trash cans anywhere and bathrooms are open only during office hours.

Of all the potentially stressful tasks in preparing for deployment, this was by far the easiest thanks to Chelsea. Her professionalism and electric personality eased the pressure of such a process. She was very knowledgeable about the facility, speaking on matters that may be of concern, such as the reservation process, pest-control schedule, security of the facility, access hours, and climate control. She walked me around the facility to show the most logical entry point for easy access to my unit. All around pleasant experience. The price is far less expensive than 2 storage facilities in Eastlake with no climate control that I had previously considered. And I love that I have to input my access code to open the gate when entering AND when exiting. Definitely a win!
