Good afternoon, I've been renting a space for an RV for a little over two years. It all started from day one, Shelly was very professional and knew the business very very well. I respect that from a beautiful lady that cares with the spirit of a manager second to none. She sold me, and still today makes me feel like I made the right decision to rent from Beaumont RV and Boat Storage.
I called to set up their initial meeting during a lunch break, met with them next day and got set up with my storage unit and keys. Good first time experience with storage facilities.
We just brought a new RV and had no idea how hard it would be to find a space where we liked it, it was clean, secure and a lot of options for sizes and pricing. We called Beaumont RV, Boat and self storage after calling many places and it was so nice to hear a friendly, knowledgeable voice on the other end. Shelly the manager had us come in for a tour of their property. It was everything in person that she had described and more on the phone. They thought of everything. The manager Shelly At the Beaumont location was very pleasant and helpful. She couldn’t of done any more to make this transition from my other storage that is closing a more pleasant experience. She took me on a tour of the facility, The owners really put a lot of thought into what RV or‘s could use. We loved that it was all cement and the extra amenities they had there at the facility.
