Good enough. Space I got had a door vs roll up. Adequate for my needs. Lock setup and access on par with others I have rented. A bit of debris on floors in hallways and in elevator, but it was a Sunday, so if folks dropped stuff, I suppose no one is around to monitor or clean it up. Lights come on as you walk inside the air condition area. Overall, it meets my needs. Not sure what else to say except that I was able to get in, although keypads were not reading my cell phone bluetooth signals but eventually the elevator door worked. But had to manually use keypad for gate access. So, something for management to check, but I got in and out no problem. Cart had something spilled on it but there were two carts and I always carry hand wipes.

The staff sets them apart from their competitors. Friendly and efficient!! Very impressed.
This unit has to be the best price in this part of town. Some of the units are temperature controlled, and they really felt like they were going to stay cool even in summer. Decent part of town, and they offer access for a good portion of the day, so you don't have to come in during the hottest part of the day. Manager was knowledgeable and friendly, she made the whole process quick and easy. We got our reservation on Spare Foot, and it was honored and cut down our time to get set up.
We were able to rent a unit and get moved in. I wish you could punch in the code without having to get out of your car because it is placed on the wrong side.
My storage was clean, and easy access. It was helped having a cart/dolly available to use to help move my things into storage. I will only now the quality of the temperature control once summer has come. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m hoping itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s as good as the customer service.
After I made a reservation at the McDowell/Scottsdale location I received a phone call from Jim who helped me when I arrived at the location. He was great in showing me the unit and since it didn't work for me Jim kindly transferred my reservation to the storage location in Tempe on McKillips road. When I arrived at the different location, John was great in showing me the unit and getting me all squared away with the paperwork. I will definitely tell anybody who needs storage to use Public Storage.
Karen is the best she is always helpful and pleasant. She is always smiling and willing to help you she goes above and beyond to make sure you are taking care of. I will defiantly will be recommending this place to my friends
I visited this store yesterday. I was looking for a large unit to store household items while my home is being remodeled this fall. I was greeted with a wonderful smile of one of your employees Michelle. She was very informative and understanding of my fears of storing my precious things. She completely sweet my mind at ease. I been at public storage 1737 E. Mckellips Rd Tempe, AZ 85281 since the end of November beginning of December the last few months Karen has done a Great Job! She always makes herself available even when she is busy with other customers or occupants. I go to my storage at least 3 - 4 time a week at least.. 2 of those 4 times she is there to open the gate for me or greet me, or open the gate as I exit.. It is impossible to please everyone but she sure tries.. And I must say she is no push over either stand her ground when it comes to protecting the integrity of the business. I would give Karen a 4.5 star rating but there is no half. She didn't get a 5 star because of the drain hill but that not her fault.. But overview I am pleased with my unit..
