This facility is convenient, clean and air-conditioned. I had to change my time for my first load, and everyone was very accommodating.

There were a couple hiccups in the process, but the excellent customer service exceeded my expectations. One small issue was that they didn't have the size I reserved. The plus side was that they upgraded me to a larger unit, which upon inspection, I needed anyway. The other issue was that I then needed two (?) locks for my one unit. Considering the only locks they allow are about $20, this was a little set back. I also wasn't expecting to pay monthly insurance. But over all I am totally satisfied with the unit, location and staff.
Yes .. public storage accommodated me to the fullest. I called 45 min before closing, and got in there to rent, paperwork ,unload all before closing. Thanks for helping me through my desperate, and short notice times of moving. It made the last part of my day worth it.
