They did everything over the phone and it was done very quickly. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think it took more than 10 minutes. The place is immaculate they gave me a free lock and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to have contact with a person to get the lock. It was like the pandemic all over again but in a good way. I loved it, I got my stuff in storage later that night and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy. We worked around my schedule and my needs. The price is more than fair and the smallest storage container is huge. I can store things I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need to store. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have asked for a better experience! I will tell all my friends and family about Mohave Storage!

Did paperwork over the phone was quick and painless very nice very helpful. Send my mom to the office to get keys lady said they will be in the unit so we went and got a load to put on storage and no keys in unit and office closed. So I just went and bought my own lock. After dark need more light can't see to unload into unit. Wish the other 2 gates were open as I'm new at backing up a trailer. If the gates were open just to exit would make things much easier.
