Bryce was super helpful and friendly. He made me feel better about where I was renting. He was very informative as well. Moving my stuff in was super easy and they were helpful but helping me the day of. The facility was super clean and the elevators were big enough to fit my bookshelf and sofa.
First time using a climate controlled storage facility. I liked how the lights were motion activated both in the halls & inside the storage unit which was very tall. The hollow wall slats were nice for keeping long items out of the way. Tons of carts to help unload quickly. But, there was no ramp near the door for larger items. The other more annoying problem I had was with the door way itself. If you only had a few items to unload it was fine that you had to stop to enter the door code. But, for storaging items of an entire house, it was super inconvenient to keep stopping the flow by walking over to the keypad to get access. It was less of an issue when other people were also unloading so the inside sensor the door open longer. But, the signs said not to keep them open or theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be disabled. They even tape over the bypass switch to keep them open with a ﾃ｢竄ｬﾋ彭o not touchﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ sign too. So, we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bother but someone must have the next day we went because at the end we both realized we never did see the door close at all the second day & it made unloading much easier.
Had a great Promo rate and took advantage of indoor climate controlled area. Facilities are clean, well lit, BIG elevators to 2nd-3rd floors and individual PIN codes for door entry. A great experience

I was pleasantly surprised to find this rare gem. The value for a 5x10 was great compared to all the other storage places around. And they were doing a special so I get the 2nd month for free. The facility and storage areas were pristinely clean, like they were never used, brand new. I appreciated their website showing what types of items would fit in the different size units to help me decide. The storage units are inside behind a secure door where each person has a unique code to enter. They have carts to help you carry your belongings. There is an elevator for upper floors and there are restrooms inside the storage area. The only drawback is the parking lot is small. Might be hard to find parking. And there's only 2 spaces for park your u-haul or moving truck near the entrance.
Cant say enough great things about this place. Actually moving my stuff from another storage facilty. Very clean, easy access for every floor and great lighting. Customer Service is also outstanding. Huge difference in comparison to where we are moving from. Wish we would have found this place first.
I have never seen a self storage facility that is so clean, bright and modern. I have no worries about dust covering all my possessions as I once suffered at a lesser, outdoor facility. The Life Storage facility on San Benito in Gilbert, AZ is spotless and gleaming. I am moving some household goods into storage with a shortbed truck, and it took me way less time to unload the items because of the flat pushcarts and the handy freight elevators. There is even a restroom at the facility!
