This storage place was a blessing to me. It didn't break my wallet. And a pleasant surprise to me ,,,, I was able to turn my uhaul truck back in,, saved me a trip . The lady was extra helpful and nice. If you need a storage facility I high recommended this place
Very pleasant employees. Accomodating with meeting people during covid, as i have a crazy work schedule. Secure facility with gated access, convenient hours for tenants. Able to work with me to get what i needed, although they did not have an open unit in the size i needed, they helped me figure out the easiest way to move my stuff and are working to help me get the bigger size i need in the near future. Convenient to interstate and major roadway without being on a busy street itself. I use the Larue-Steiner Road location, they also have one on Bellingrath Road as well.
The staff there is so helpful and polite
Not only was the manager on call super nice and helpful but everything was so easy we left with knowing we had our stuff safe. ty Mr.ps

I found it very convenience to fine prices online I was even able to make a reservation online. Got the call back to confirm the reservation they wre really nice and helpful. The day we went up there to move in,the lady in the office was very nice it did it take long. And the prices was the cheapest to accommodate what we needed than any other place in the area. Other than cosmetic because the place is older,and not haveing lights inside the unit. I'm very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
The unit im using is about 10-15 down the road from the actual business. The unit was semi dirty when i first got in there. Not 24 hour access either. Only good thing is the price.
