My items were being stored in FL and I needed to move them. Every other storage facility charged too much and wanted me to put my items in a climate controlled unit. I didn't need climate control. I called and was told there was a 10 x 10 available (my requested size). It was affordable and every one of my questions was answered, either by the web page or the wonderful woman I spoke to on the phone. On the day we went to actually rent it, the paperwork was done quickly, the unit was immaculate; I really appreciate the 24/7 availability, as I don't drive and sometimes my friend who does drive, works late. I will be recommending this to my friends.
