Kathrine (Name may be spelled wrong) was very helpful and helped us through th rough spot of the detour around town. also helped to make sure that the personnel from Mayflower knew how to get in the unit and showed us where it was.
Staff was super! Walked through all of my many questions and worked with me to determine what size unit would work best. Love that it's so secure and spaces seem well-protected.
