I was only a customer here for two days while sourcing some inventory for my store in Richmond, and I will say that the facility was super clean and operating in It was nice until they started to have mechanical issues with one of the elevators crapping out on us completely, and then system failure where three different people who had units there and myself we’re trying to get into the building one morning at around 8:00 AM after I had already been going in the building and then out loading things into a truck and going back in to get more items, when all of a sudden my code stopped working… It took 25 minutes to get corporate on the phone and have them give us a solution, which was a one time use temporary code…. Thank God we were almost done loading or for us that would’ve been hell to keep the front doors propped open which probably would’ve broke because we did so, at least that’s what the signs warn will happen… lastly, they need to go back to be 24 seven access all extra spaces do I mean come on we pay so much for units there just offer 24 seven access you’re not losing any money because you don’t have hardly any staff anyways and the lights stay on anyways. Maybe they would have a waiting list of people trying to get a unit there instead of so many of the units staying empty if they went back 24 seven access and put more attention towards improving their infrastructure and their mechanical equipment.
The entire experience was great from the initial setting up the account to the delightful clean and well taken care of facility. My space was ready, storage area cleaned, and the entire building was immaculate and well maintained. Super experience...thank you!!
