I rent at the Clifton Heights location, and have been there for approximately a year. At first, everything was fine. I picked this location specifically since they have the drive-in option, which is handy, especially since I am disabled. In approximately December 2022, the exit garage door was ONCE AGAIN damaged by someone with questionable driving skills. In February 2023, my rent was raised, but the exit door had not been fixed. As of the date of this review, the door remains broken and unusable. This angers me, since everybody has to park outside and use a regular sliding door to enter. Why do I have to pay a rent increase when the building remains on a sub-par level? Corporate, please look into this. Thank you.
