The unit was very convenient, clean and well managed. The employees were always very helpful. Parts of the building could use more lighting.
I had Marie help me find a storage unit that fit my business needs. She was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions without fail. She seemed knowledgeable of the different sizes and features of the units. She took the time to show me several units and went above and beyond what an average worker would probably do for me. The only negative about my experience was that the climate controlled units that I needed did not have individual lights within the unit and they were quite dark because not much light from the hallway was able to light it. There were also no outlets to even plug in a secondary lighting unit to be able to see better. Overall 5 stars based on customer service
My experience working with Marie was great. She gave me all the information I needed to know and set me up with a locker in a short period of time. All the paperwork was taken care of very efficiently and she explained about payments and storage useage. Thanks for all of your help!
Val the manager was so helpful, warm and kind. I only came in for a few boxes but left knowing all the options I had to help me pack better and I will be back for more supplies soon. I would recomment everyone to Public Storage especially to this location!!
