Jason Carraway is The Best Person to be in the position that he is in if it were not for his above and beyond ,go out his way to ensure that this facility is ran with the top notch customer experience and customer care that half of the building would be gone we rely completely on him an his effortlessly to make sure that everyone is ok, he handles all problems with in his reach and if not he figures it . I couldn’t find a storage unit anywhere and then I stumbled upon Extra Space Storage. OMG… Jason was amazing. He gave me a tour of the units and helped me to choose the best size for my needs. It was FAR cheaper than UHaul which is the only storage I’m familiar with as I’m not from the St. Louis area. I was in and out quickly and the customer service was beyond excellent. I was panicking and everyone made me feel at home. They provided me with a lock and made the entire process EFFORTLESS. I recommend them Above any others. The facility is very clean, safe and secure. I’m grateful to have found them. Thanks Jason.
