Great experience! Mr. Gray was very helpful and efficient. Customer service was top tier as well as his knowledge of what would be a reasonable size unit for my items.
My initial point of contact was David, a very kind man who gave me all of the answers to my questions before I asked. He has attention to detail and gave me a great tour and addressed how I would enter the facility after hours. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the facility. Everything is brand new. He is an awesome rep for the company. I made arrangements to seal the deal with him but due to family issues, my availability changes frequently. And so, I had the time to visit on another day and worked with Robert. Robert made the final process so easy, I was grateful. Another wonderful guy who has a story to tell. But you'd have to go to him to hear it. ?? I would say he got me through all of the minutia in less than a half an hour. Robert graciously solididified my sense of direction with an additional tour, got my lock on and I was done. The people there are wonderful, the prices are RIGHT and it's clean. I won't disparage any other companies, but I visited some and I can tell you that there are other places that are more expensive and not so clean. The guys that run that place do an excellent job keeping everything together, including keeping an immaculate facility. I only looked in my general area of course, for convenience, but I would say, save yourself some time and visit these guys and the facility. You won't be dissapponted.
