Ms Bernie is amazing!! Always going above and beyond her duties to accommodate customers….
We have been searching for the right storage for quite some time. This past year we rented three units that did not suite our needs. We knew with our first encounter with Ms. Bernie at the Aberdeen Extra Space Storage that this property was ran different. Due to the demand of our work schedules, she was able to accommodate us after hours. She went above and beyond to find us the right unit. She listened, had attention to detail, and was thorough in her walk-through. She gave us an in depth explanation in reviewing each charge to ensure we'd have no surprises on our monthly bill. She is very professional and keeps this facility very clean, which was our most important concern after the rise of COVID. Please hire more staff like her. She's an asset to your company. You should have her train all new employees that onboard. Truly cannot thank her enough for her continued support to our family. I will be sure to recommend my colleagues to her. Parking was a little tough. Once there, Chantal and Ms. B made everything else easy. Extremely friendly service and very clean space. Knew their jobs well. Would use again.
Clean. Organized and manager is very nice and informative. Good location of 95 and royal farms and hotels nearby.
First and foremost, this facility is conveniently located to APG and up the street from Beards Hill. Bernie (Bernice) assisted me and provided excellent support. I went in to the Storage location late. As, they were suppose to close in less than 20 minutes. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel welcome. She didn’t even complain or hesitate when I requested to see several storage units to assist in making the right choice. Additionally, she provided a layout of the facility to include bathroom location. Overall, my experience was amazing. Working with Bernice was a plus. The storage facility was clean and tidy. Hopefully, they’ll have the parking squared away soon. If you need immediate storage, go here. Make sure you check on the website for the deals. The price may be drastically different in the store. Just know, with the deals, you’ll have to pay a few months in advance.
