Dennis is an amazing employee here. Always kind and helpful with top notch customer service skills. He helped me find the right size storage for my belongings and every visit he's as helpful as the last.
I had rented two spaces for a year. I closed them both out and overall, had excellent service throughout. The owner, Dennis, takes the time to be sure your storage needs and any assistance you need is taken care of. Dennis was helpful in giving me the information I needed to close out the account and also assisted me the day of my move! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. I like that you could drive up to your garage units. I had large things in my units and having car access was key...no elevators etc. All my items faired the weather just fine considering this brutal past winter. I think this place stands out and was glad I used this location for my storage needs.
Was a wonderful experience! The gentlemen named Dennis was there and so helpful and patient to all my questions (and yes I had a lot). I would recommend this place to anyone! Such great costumer service. Never had a been in place where they would rather talk to you then text on their phones! Thumbs up in my book!
