The staff were so friendly and helpful especially with the renting process. I was very impressed by how the building and the units are very clean!
Their online specials are a good deal. Keep in mind, you have to add taxes and insurance. In the long run, you're are getting a lot of comfort knowing that your belongings are safe and protected.
Very easy to select unit, rent online and sign all paperwork. Got text message with details and code. When I got to unit the lock was waiting for me as promised. Very easy and streamlined process to rent storage. Very pleased with the process.
I’m a new “tenant” so I will give you the skinny on what I know and think thus far. I was completely satisfied with the application/rental process. It was easy to do, even from out of town. They were more reasonable for a first floor unit, and to my happy surprise right next to the loading door, than there competitors were for a third level unit on the other side of the building’s elevator. Definitely a WIN! Once the online lease was finalized I immediately received my personalized gate/door code. Upon arrival Michael, I believe the onsite manager was extremely helpful walking me through the process, and came back a few minutes later to put the door on “automatic” to make the move in seamless. I rented a climate controlled unit, and was a bit concerned just what that would truly mean. I was thoroughly impressed both by the temperature and humidity level, and that’s saying something in our hot, muggy Florida summer. Clean, easy access and Michael was very helpful. They also have a restroom in the storage area which came in handy.
