My wife and I have 3 separate spaces / units at this facility.The management team goes out of their way to ensure you understand the processes of the rentals as well making sure you're satisfied with their service. They go above and beyond normal to make sure you're satisfied

Special thanks to Laura and Judy for helping me locate and set up a parking spot for my truck and van, did so efficiently, showed us the parking spot to make sure we were happy with it. Very courteous and diligent, helped made life easy. Looking forward to future business.

Yes my name is Mike Osteen I'm a new client for public storage. I was one of the thousands upon thousands that had damage from Hurricane Irma. Course everybody was scrambling for storage and a friend of mine who's also a client at your store about getting on there in Port Saint Lucie. Well I did and I met Angela you don't need to let her go very helpful very friendly very sympathetic to my needs in a time of disaster and I mean disaster I lost my entire home my entire storage. She made the transition into getting the new units very pleasant and very helpful. Upon moving in I got to meet Laura who is just as accommodating and friendly. Also the first thing I noticed how clean your facility is and the security. Angela Laura both made me feel welcome thank you ladies for the experience and help.
