This storage facility is very clean and location is very convienent. The customer service is excellent and great security.
I have been using this facility for over a year now and had been happy overall until they began raising the monthly fee every month. I called and requested they freeze my price or I would take my stuff elsewhere, which would have been a hassle, and they did freeze it. However, the price had already gone up significantly, not worth it when you add it up over a year. I have now decided to remove my stuff and take it elsewhere.
I think your storage is ridiculously overpriced. It shouldn't cost so much to store some things in a small concrete block of space.
