Melissa (the manager) was awesome!!! She has the kind of personality that makes you want to be her friend. She helped me navigate the rental process and made everything simple & speedy. I am a teacher who was helping a former student & her family who are "in crisis" store their possessions (so they wouldn't lose everything). Thank you Melissa.
