This facility and Ms. Rosa, the manager, was so nice and extremely helpful. She answered all questions and made us feel welcome. She really did help expedite the process. I would come back here in a heart beat and recommend this place!
Just got here from out state and you know how much of a hassle that is. I stop by at this storage unit thinking I’m gonna get taken advantage of not being from here and all. O my surprise I was not I was welcomed by an angel of a staff Amy not only took me around and help me with the best storage to choose and was also helping 5 other customers at the same time without missing a bit but also comforting and positive attitude letting me know that things will get better as long as the goal is bigger that the sacrifice. Thank you Amy for your warm welcome, patience and positive attitude. YOU ROCK!!!!!!!
Rosa was beyond helpful in helping me find the right storage unit. I had a horrible moving service from Pennsylvania so I had to re-move all of my belongings to a storage place on a Sunday. When I called in the morning to let her know my situation she said she was there till 5 and would hold the unit for me. I lost track of time dealing with the guys and she called me at 4:45 to reassure I was coming and even stayed open an extra 15 minutes to get me all signed up. Thanks Rosa!
Rosa was great!!! Full of suggestions to help me decide what type a unit our organization needs. Rosa made sure she provided each of the users have their own cards with the security code and other needed information on them and she helped us get our tax exempting.
