Alicia was there to help out my mother and me, she was fast, efficient, and great at explaining what was happening, and going into depth about how things would go down. She got us in and out super fast with no time wasted, well being polite, and made sure that we were understanding all that was happening, how things worked, and where things were. 10/10 She's got some good jokes, definitely could keep the flow of the conversation, and made it super comfortable to be there.
Very clean. And property manager Tabatha is always very friendly. Would highly recommend.

The people working here are extremely friendly. My problem lies in the a/c. In May, the interior was so cool I thought it was wonderful moving in here. Now the temperature inside is as bad as outside for the past 2 weeks. I don't think it's fair to pay the same for a climate control unit as the non-climate control units. Within minutes of being inside, I'm sweating. Also, no one seems to clean inside the building. I see the same dirt, paper, and dead bugs on the floor for several weeks. I have not mentioned anything, but I don't think I should have to.UPDATE: After a couple of weeks, it seems that the air has been adjusted, the place is cleaner, and some issues have been fixed. There is still a problem with the auto lights not going on in the aisle towards the restrooms, but I don't know if they are aware of that.
