I have been a long time customer of Public Storage in a few states but i never had so much help like i got in the storage location in Enfield CT run by Ashlea she was terrific in helping me out with a long and terrible move from Florida, she was terrific and understanding i got to give her 10 stars if possible keep up the great job Ashlea!!

Great Customer Service!!! Came in early Saturday morning looking for pricing and Desiray was very cheerful and helpful. The office was filled with customers, but she still greeted us with a smile and told my mother and I she will be right with us. She was very friendly while showing us spaces and answered all of our questions. She even went above and beyond with showing us items and giving advice on how to protect our things while in storage. Will absolutely be back in a Augs to rent from this facility. Thank you Desiray.

Have been to several storage facilities over the years and I have to say this Public Storage was the best. Clean surroundings, great staff, very helpful, everything was A+! I'm recommending this Public Storage to all my CT friends!
