I cannot say enough of how great my experience was in purchasing this storage unit. It was the least stressful part of my unexpected move from my apartment (landlord sold the house). Dan was friendly and put me at ease almost immediately. Walked me to the cube I would be using and explained everything I needed to know. Paperwork was a breeze. Along with security from cameras the staff do walk throughs of the complex and pay close attention to details. I know this from personal experience as I received a call the day after I moved my items into storage that I had not properly locked my unit. I immediately rode over and was shown what I did wrong. I would definitely recommend CUBESMART to any friends that were looking for storage units without hesitation. Thank you for such a great experience.
