Recommend this location for storage needs! I've been a customer on/off for many years and wouldn't consider any other to watch over my belonging. The property is always very well maintained, has high-tech security, onsite office, with competitive rates. Cindy, the oTheir onsite staff is friendly, helpful, and customer-focused. Always available, whether by phone or in person, is Cindy. The customer service she provides is outstanding. She makes me feel like I'm her personal friend - even when she's collecting! Above and beyond what anyone could expect!
The facility is clean and the staff is great. They helped my family get into a great space with a good price. Would definitely recommend it to a friend and use it in the future.
Great customer service. Went in near closing time and Mikayla cheerfully helped me out with everything I needed to reserve my unit.
Nice, friendly staff and a great location. McKala was helpful whether I called or stopped in the office. There is a self serve carwash on site.
The person ( I believe his name was Roger)that helped me was his first day on the job. He was a bit unsure of what to do but he did a great job when all said and done .He followed his script with the little help for Cindy and made it through the contract and all the forms. He was very helpful and very nice and completed the job. It took him a bit longer then someone that was experienced. I had to think, once it was my first day on the job. It will get easier as you go along. The place was very clean and neat just what I was looking for in a storage place. Thanks Lynn
