I've been a renter at this location for over 3 years and the staff and service at this location has been consistently rude and terrible until today. The new property manager, Rollando, is fantastic. Courteous, efficient and he actually gave me a printed receipt for my payment! Previously when I've asked for a receipt I've been told that 'we send one to your email'. I know you send one to my email, can't I have a reciept? Seems trite, but its the little things! Thanks Rollando! Keep up the great work.
