I popped by last week to check out the storage spaces on 38th Ave. Cyndi Sweeten, the manager, was just a delight to work with. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I could tell her focus was meeting our family storage needs. No one would think much about renting a storage space, it's just storage. But Cyndi went above and beyond. Her customer service skills were exceptional.
The people in the front office are great. They always answered my questions and if they couldn’t, called someone who could, then and there. I felt that my items were secure. The reason I left is that the rent was too high. I called around and found a few less expensive storage units. I chose one and moved my things there. The price is reason I gave them four stars rather than five.
