Great experience! The manager Nathan was a huge help!
Storage units are storage units, so employees make the difference. Nathan made what could have been a really bad situation so smooth. I noticed an urgent maintenance issue in our unit and he was on it immediately. When we determined shortly after that my stuff would have been at risk of getting damaged when they fixed it (leaking roof), he found me an open unit just 4 doors down and offered to help me move nearly the entire contents of a 10x10 unit. I have some really heavy bins in there (tools, books, etc) so there's no way I could have done that on my own. I'm deeply grateful! He took what was a really overwhelming situation to fully resolved in 90 minutes. I do really wish this particular location had later access hours, but the staff have always been great. Thanks again!
My relatives have had storage here for a long time. We've always had issues with the other managers. This last time I came in Nathan was a huge help! It's nice to know that at least one person there knows what they're doing.
