I cannot say enough about the honorable character, competence, and service-mindedness of Gabby at this Public Storage facility!!! Another Public Storage facility nearby tripled my 10'x20' storage unit rent over a three year period—despite my having been a Public Storage customer for even longer than that. Gabby was amazing! She checked on the price increase, made sure I'd submitted a request for a price review, and promised to check back in a few days to ensure I remained a highly satisfied Public Storage customer. I really respected her professionalism, her respect for me as a customer, and her respect for the manager of the Public Storage facility I am in right now. She struck me as an especially gracious, honorable, and service-minded individual who is as committed to customers, the Public Storage brand, and her Public Storage colleagues as she is to the business performance of her own facility. (This is the kind of individual I like to hire for my own business!) What a refreshing Public Storage experience at a time when I was extremely frustrated with my current storage facility's price hikes. At the very least, she has radically improved a longtime Public Storage customer's perceptions of the Public Storage brand.

This is a very overdue review, as, I have been meaning to write this for months! So, this should speak volumes more about how great Margaret and Courtney are! Some time ago, I lost my key. Long story short, it was a stressful event. Margaret and Courtney made the whole process much easier, less stressful, and they also made me me laugh! There have been numerous other times, where I was stressed out, and they (as well as two of the other men who work there), helped me out, and they made a bad and stressful day, become a positive one. In addition, when ever I walk in, they greet me like I am a friend, which I really appreciate, especially given they have so many customers. I always feel welcome. This is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to this location.
