I just secured another unit at the Extra Space Storage facility in El Sobrante for my work, and the manager Lesea continues to be AMAZING! Even though the price hikes at this location had me considering moving my storage needs somewhere else the customer service won me out.
Rented a new storage unit from the El Sobrante location. The staff person, Lisa, was extremely helpful. This was the best experience I have had renting a storage unit. She explained the terms of rental on-line vs in-person. She very carefully reviewed the unit options available per my storage needs, and location in complex. She escorted me up to the unit, and showed where the motion sensor was to keep the lights on (it was around the corner, down the hall from the unit). The facility was very nice - clean with carpets. Not like the "warehouse style" storage places usually have Finally, the complex has much longer hours open than the competition - until 10 pm at night.
Lisa is the best! Anytime I need help with anything she gladly assists. Extra Storage grounds are very clean and well maintained and access is easy .
