I went to public storage to find information about renting. As I walked in, i noticed a very upset customer. And a young lady who I came to find out was Alexis . This customer was being very rude a d disrespectful to Alexis. But the whole time Alexis kept her poses and continued to help the customer the best she could. She was very respectful and professional. The customer walked out and Alexis then helped me. She apologized and continued to ha e some of the best customer service I have ever had

I always find hole in the wall storage places that give me trouble I am so happy that I chose public storage. I went to the one located on Artesia and it looks like a very nice well-maintained place. I was helped by Alexis and she was extremely helpful. She had all the answers I needed to my questions and made my experience with public storage absolutely wonderful.
