Facility Reviews
Josh was very patient with me setting up the account and showing several units to meet my needs!
Easy process to get started and move-in
Really like the ability to park inside
It was much hotter than I expected for a climate controlled storage building. It is so hot here in Texas, so I spent the extra money on a climate controlled unit. But, I was very disappointed when I got to my new unit to unload my first load and it was so hot inside the main building. Then, we got to elevator #1, and it wasn't working. Bit, there was no sign anywhere to tell us that. We looked at the map and found elevator #2, further away from the entrance, but it wasn't working either. We finally found a repair man who had to use his special passcode to let us up and down to the 3rd floor for each load to and from our truck outside. So, our first day was much longer and hotter than it should have been. The price is good, but you get what you pay for, I guess.
Easy move. The online process was great
Selling our house, moving, and getting divorced all of the same time is a lot, but Public Storage made it easy for me to sign up online, Find exactly what I needed, and pay for it without having to go to the office. When we arrived, it was ready to go. Our lock was inside And we could start filling up our unit.
The staff made it easy for me to rent a space. The online service was exceptional as well. When we were walked to the building to see our space, the buildings were clean from top to bottom. Highly recommend.
I recently had the opportunity to utilize Public Storage in Prosper, TX, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I entered their facility, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made the whole process easy and stress-free. The facility itself is well-maintained and clean, with a secure access system that gave me peace of mind. I was also impressed by the range of storage unit sizes available, which catered to various storage needs. Whether you are looking for a small unit to store a few boxes or a larger space to accommodate furniture and other items, they have options to fit your requirements. The renting process was efficient, and the staff guided me through all the necessary paperwork, ensuring that I understood everything before moving forward. They took the time to answer all my questions and even offered suggestions for packing and organizing my belongings. I appreciated the 24/7 accessibility to my storage unit, allowing me to easily access my belongings whenever I needed them. The facility's well-lit corridors and security cameras added an extra layer of security and made me feel safe during my visits. One thing that stood out to me was the climate control system in place. It was great to know that my belongings were protected from extreme temperatures and humidity, which can be a concern in Texas. The climate control feature also prevented any potential damage to sensitive items. Lastly, I found the pricing to be reasonable and competitive compared to other storage facilities in the area. Overall, I highly recommend Public Storage in Prosper, TX, for anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy storage solution. Their friendly staff, well-maintained facility, and range of storage options make them a top choice.
