The unit was horribly filthy. I had to sweep it out myself. There was tons of trash left on the floor! And the access door is extremely small! It's going to be difficult to even fit a dresser through the small door.
Best facility in my 55 years of existence. As we were moving to Herman and our closing dates changed we found ourselves in need of immediate storage. After driving around a day we came up empty handed and none of the others returned calls. Top Guns #2nd to none. It took about three minutes online to confirm.

This storage was the best. They had the size I needed. It was clean and safe. I had zero worries. If I had a question they got back to be so fast. I tell everyone that tells me they need storage to go there. They are the best.
We are new to the area and were in need of storage in a short time frame. We met with Zach and he ensured we got the storage we needed. We thought we wanted a 20 foot unit. We discussed our large move and Zach gave great advice on getting a larger unit. We were happy he did and all of our stuff FILLED it! He even gave us a 20% discount for the larger unit. We loved how secure the containers were and could not believe the space. We will use Top Gun Storage Solutions again...and might even buy a container for our new property. Great place to rent and the owners are awesome
Earlier this year we met with one of the owners of the facility after having a great conversation on the phone with them. We really like the month to month option and they don't raise your rates! We have been in and out of storage facilities a lot. and a lot of them raise your rates after you rent for a few months. The owners told us to stay as long as we liked and they would not raise the rent. I was impressed with the size of the units. We decided to rent the shelving brackets and that made a world of difference. We only stayed two months because we were buying a new home in Pacific. All of the people who worked at the storage facility were so nice to us and helpful. We will use them again if we have storage needs out that way. oh! This was the first facility to use online paperwork, and check in. That was so nice since we didn't have to sit at their office and fill out paperwork. We got there with our load and put it in the container.
