Great customer service, clean facility, easy to find unit numbers and easy to pull a trailer around in.
Rented a 12x30 unit from August 2022 until end of January 2023. Service was great overall with an off-site onboarding and zero engagement with local staff. That said paying $428 a month is rough. They were doing some exterior painting the day we moved in that caused some issue but all good. Access was always easy with the app. Happy when we found our place in December and started moving out slowly. Not so happy when the majority of our boxes were filled with mouse droppings and nests, despite no food items. We literally loaded up our home in Chicago in July and moved it to the moving truck that we drove and moved the items ourselves into the unit. Pretty sure we didn't pack up any mice. This place has a serious mouse problem with mouse dropping on paper files, clothes, everywhere. Then in January (as we were preparing to move out) they raise our rent to $533 per month which was a 24.5% increase PER MONTH. No thank you. Spend the money you spent on painting on mice removal, otherwise, you can keep your mouse infested units and let someone else get fleeced but beware. Cheers!
We are extremely pleased with the storage service at this West Olympia location. Mainly because of their Business Office, Excellent customer service and professionalism from this sites Office Manager, Kim. Although there are other Public Storage Locations available in Olympia area as well, It has been so reassuring that no matter what our emergent storage needs have been or are or which site you may have business with, Kim has always been readily available to us and to other customers and made sure we were taken care properly and timely, It is certainly a relief in today's world.
