I haven’t moved in yet but the process to set up and look for the right area and the right temperature controlled unit was seamless! I have now moved out because my plans have changed, but the cancellation process and the customer service while I had a unit was amazing. The location was perfect and the fact that I needed a temperature controlled unit and they had one in the size I needed was a big relief. I would recommend Extra Space to all that need a storage space that has it figured out!

The people that actually work on site are great. Always friendly, always courteous, reasonable, normal. The facility itself, pretty good. I have qualms with the units having openings into the other units on account of my stuff being infested with silverfish, but that's not very avoidable, I suppose. As for the company? Boo on the company. Six years ago I set up this storage unit at $85/mo for a 5x9 (or whatever the smallest size is), and they have consistently raised the rent every 6 months to a year or so. We're looking at $110/mo right now, I believe. Why? Do you think they don't own the property? It's not like their loans are going up in price, they probably bought the property and the constructions costs outright. I'm making a bold assumption here, but this company is MASSIVE. They make a LOT of money. Why do they need more, exactly? It's not like they're paying their workers any more. It's not like they're providing a large trash bin so we can actually throw away things when we move out/in. It's just a little strange to me that they think they need $20 x 3 floors (b, 1, 2) x however many units per floor (100?) x however many buildings they own more money. Low estimates mean that's an extra $6000/MONTH in ONE building than 6 years ago. per MONTH And that's assuming the price has only gone up $20 per unit and it hasn't been percentage based. Protip; if you need to leave your stuff here, you best find a place for it sooner than later. Of course, that's a given in the industry, but this company is GREEDY. Like I said, the employees are chill though. I really enjoyed their professionalism.

It’s about a 30 minute drive from my home and I value my time however your staff is amazing and makes it worth the drive . Especially when you have great staff like karaleigh who got me in my unit super fast even tho she was helping several people , I was also skeptical about the basement but staff are constantly walking around and keeping it clean please keep up the amazing work this place is definitely worth it
