I've had a unit here over a year and I could honesty say that I'm very pleased with the pricing and the staff. I've never had a problem in fact if anything I've been helped several times. I also appreciate their kind courtesy call reminding me of my next payment. Always very understanding especially "Robert" he is by far a amazing example of how customers service should be. Very professional and willing to help no matter what the circumstance. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a great rate and courteous staff. 100% satisfied loyal customer.
I just wanted to take the time to compliment Robert, the manager at this facility. He has been there a long time. Every spring I rent 2 units for my business and Robert can always accomodate me with that without any problems. It's fast, the location is convenient, and the service is very professional. the facility is very secure as well and I have never had any problems storing there after all these years. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit whether for business or personal.

The manager Robert and Mel at this location are the best. They always help find the right size storage space and always finds the specials for me so I always get a great deal. I have used this location everytime I have needed a storage unit. The units are always clean, no ants, no roaches, and never sticky leftover residue from another tenant (which isn't always true about other storage shed facilities). The management here is always willing to lend a hand or a dolly. I have storage at this location now and these people here are awesome, I could have had a storage shed a lil closer to where I was moving to but I would much rather go 5 miles further just to have my belongings in this storage facility, if I lived even further away I would still go the extra mile to store here. It's located in a nice area of town, never any vandalism or strange tenants just lurking around as if they live there. I never do a review but I've never had storage managers or employees help and go out of there way to get me what I need and at a price I can afford. Try them ask for Robert or Mel and I promise they will get you what you need and in a unit immediately. Always clean units (so hard to find now days)!! They are nice and fun people.
