Arlene is THE reason I kept my things at Plano Pkwy. She disarmed me with her great personality and uncommon common sense. You want attention to detail in your customer service? As she's handling me on the computer, she notices a customer just entered their code but gate didn't open; within seconds, fixed- no hassles. I've had a few problems: Arlene's on it! And always remembers when issues need to be followed up. It's obvious that she cares about the property. I could list many examples/details because she has withstood the test of time. I've never written a review but I could give amazing Arlene 5 stars with every encounter.
