We sold a house recently and used PODS (expensive) to clear-out and pack up the house. I was looking for a local storage facility to empty the POD into. After checking every local storage company, it was clear that Public Storage prices were lowest. I spoke with Kelvin on the phone at the location, and he very knowledgeable and courteous. We went to the facility, and it was brand new, super clean and modern. I was very impressed that this location (Swanson st) has very large drive-in indoor loading dock to get you inside, and out of the weather while unloading - very rare feature. We met Kelvin inside, and he was a model of courtesy and good manners. Kelvin made the sign-up process easy and stress free. He took us to our unit and was so kind to my 11-year-old Son, who was asking a hundred questions! LOL! The low-price, beautiful new facility, convenient location, awesome weather-proof drive-in loading garage, AND Kelvin, who is an excellent on-site manager, make this Public Storage a winner.
