So first of all I am a young black male who stands six foot five over 350 pounds, at a glance I don’t a chance in most trustworthy situations. These women of Extra Space stood by me and assured that I received a fair opportunity for a few months; while I chased my goal of being a nurse! They understood my late payments and even worked with me in order to schedule a date that worked for both of us to make a payment. No bank will do that for you. Thank you guys so much for the pleasure of shopping here and hopefully one day becoming apart of the family!

Customer Service was great, I called and reserved a unit, arrived 15 minutes later unit was ready to go!. Very helpful on the phone and let me know they had a first months free deal at the time.
