I called around to multiple facilities inquiring about storage spaces and I was inclined to leave a review because of the hospitality I received from one of the workers named Dane. Very knowledgeable on all of my questions, I was impressed.

I’ll be moving to the area soon and visited this location to find out what storage options were available. I work in customer service and appreciate having positive interactions and well - I was EXTREMELY impressed by the detailed information that Dane provided - along with his excellent customer service. He was attentive and answered every question that I had, very patient when explaining my options (even when I asked a second time) and helped me to find the solution that would work best for me. I will be using Public Storage for all of my storage needs going forward thanks to him! Thank you for having such a great team!

Earlier this week I visited this location to inquire about a large space since I’ll be moving into a smaller space soon. An associate Dane assisted me and he was so helpful. I explained the amount of furniture I had and he recommended a better size unit than what I thought I needed. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Great experience overall and very helpful, friendly staff at this location. I will for sure be using their services and recommending them to friends/family!

I've never used a storage facility before so I had lots of questions. Fortunately, the employee who helped me; Dane, was super patient and took the time to go through prices, what the process would be and all my different options. Huge thank you for making this process that much easier!
