Had a great experience throughout my short tenure with Extra Space. Malia was very welcoming and went out of her way to help me find a storage unit that better fit my needs. The building is clean and well maintained along with being located conveniently for easy access. I highly recommend utilizing Extra Space for your storage needs.
Excellent customer service from Steven, who works the front desk/manages this location! Steven is always friendly/welcoming, professional and helpful when I have come in. Currently there is construction going on, so it makes the entrance/exit somewhat hidden and rough due to the work being done to build apartments nearby. However, there is plenty of parking in a newly paved parking lot right out front. This location also has a 3 stall pull-up/in garage for tenants/renters so it's easy to load and unload your vehicle. There is an elevator connected to the garage stalls with carts available directly across from the elevator door. This facility is by far the cleanest storage facility I've probably been to so far. The lockers/units all look brand new and secure. I asked about security the first time I was here and was told about how secure it is. I feel very comfortable/safe leaving my vehicle in the garage stall while I load and unload as well as storing my belongings in a unit. It's close enough to downtown but also tucked away enough so it's secluded. The rates per month are competitive with other locations and vendors/companies. If you live in this part of town or have things to store for some reason in St. Paul, I HIGHLY recommend this Extra Space location. I've had nothing but great experiences here!
